Ross and Kirk (2007) used PDAP to analyze their eye data in a phylogenetic context. The .PDI file for euarchontoglires that we used can be downloaded here with the axial length and corneal diameter data included (PRSTREac.PDI), or with head and body length and eye axial length data included (PRSTREha.PDI).
Ross et al. (2004) used PDAP to analyze the basicranial flexion data in a phylogenetic context. The .PDI file for the tree illustrated in Figure 3 of that paper can be downloaded here (flextree.PDI).
